Pick a course that is closest to your industry and job description. The OSHA 10-hour training course is designed for construction entry-level workers. whereas OSHA 30-hour training is specially designed for construction field supervisors, foremen, superintendents, and safety directors, while others should take general industrial training. Ask your employer to assist you in choosing the outreach course that is most appropriate for your role and the kinds of risks you will experience on the job site if you are unsure which course to take.
You must complete OSHA Outreach training if your state or company demands that you hold a legitimate OSHA card issued by the US Department of Labour.
