- In OSHA 10 Online Course Construction Industry, student needs to score at least 70% in each module to open the following Safety Training module. Every Student will get up to THREE attempts to pass every module test.
- The final exam of the OSHA 10 hours Construction Industry course consists of 40 questions and the student needs to make a score of at least 70% to pass this course. Again, each student will get to THREE attempts to pass the exam. Upon successful completion, the learner will get a Department of Labor Card.
- In case of failure, the session will end. Yet the student can repurchase and start back from the beginning.

The OSHA Construction Industry Outreach Training Program is intended to provide an entry-level construction worker’s general awareness on recognizing and preventing hazards on a construction site. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an OSHA Construction Outreach DOL course completion card.
